We will accept and hold your incoming packages and keep them safe and secure for you to come in and pick up. Never home to sign for a package? Not safe to leave packages at your location? Let us accept and sign for them, we will scan them into our system and notify you that they have arrived.
Your packages must be address correctly or they will not make it to us. Please bring photo ID to match the name on the package it won't be given to you without it. We must have the address correct or it will be confused with packages for other people in the mall and not make it to us. We cannot accept US Mail for any reason without you renting a mailbox, so please remember. UPS, FedEx, DHL, private couriers and freight carriers, any means but US Postal Service.
If you set up in advance for your packages we can use our notify system and email you, or we will simply call the # on the package to let you know it has arrived. Most packages are accepted for a fee of $3.00, huge boxes are $5.00 and freight deliveries are $25.00 per pallet.

Freight Carriers
We accept prepaid packages for UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. With some restrictions we can accept most packages for the carriers, we are not permitted to accept packages with unknown contents. We have shipping forms available if needed for you to complete and send on a prepaid account. You must declare in writting to us the contents prior to leaving the packages for pickup. The carriers pick us up during the day, the last pick up times are Fedex Air 5:00PM Fedex Ground 4:00PM, UPS 6:00PM, USPS 5:00PM
